Iranians and the International community are showing a special interest to the Iranian Presidential election.   Everybody agrees that given the current list of candidates, Mr. Khatami will win this election by a high margin.  However, there is a more fundamental question that is overshadowing the whole election processes and that is if Iranian people should vote or boycott this election.
