School of Planning and Computer Applications (SPCA)
 
The school was funded in 1973 with approximately 450 students with four major studies:  
  • System Analysis
  • Mathematics and Research
  • Planning and Programming
  • Programming
The school offered both Bachelor of Science (BS) degree as well as a two year associate degree.  
The director of the school was Dr. Anvari.
